SHIPPING
Every AKM piece is packed and shipped from our studio in New Delhi. All products are subject to availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, and a tracking link once it is dispatched.

Once dispatched, orders within India usually reach you in 3–7 working days. International delivery times depend on the destination.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
• Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders within India.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, by destination and parcel weight.
• Customs duties, import taxes and any charges levied by the destination country are paid by the customer on delivery.
• AKM is not responsible for parcels held at customs or delays at any point in the destination country.
DELAYS AND TRANSIT
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, strikes or courier disruptions.
• If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, write to us at amrita@shopakm.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will take it up with our courier partner.
• We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, stolen or mishandled in transit, so please use a tracked service when sending pieces back.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our Returns & Exchanges policy.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before it is dispatched. Write to us at amrita@shopakm.com or WhatsApp +91 98719 77225 with your order number.
• Within the window: we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders have nothing to refund.
• After that: the order cannot be changed or cancelled. You can return it once it reaches you, as per our Returns & Exchanges policy.
PRODUCTS
Our pieces are handmade and hand-embellished in our own atelier, so small variations in beadwork, sequins and finish are part of each piece, not a flaw.
• Products, prices and descriptions on shopakm.com may change at any time without notice.
• Measurements are given as a guide and may vary slightly. If you are unsure of your size, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
• We take care to show colours accurately, but the colour you see depends on your screen and may differ slightly from the piece.
• A product shown on the website does not guarantee it will remain available.
