AKM uses the information you share with us only to process your orders, look after you as a client and, if you choose, keep you updated. • Order details: the pieces you buy, your sizes and any alteration or styling notes you share with us.
• Preferences you choose to tell us, such as occasions and interests, and your responses to surveys or offers.

We do not see or store your card or bank details. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

HOW WE USE IT

• To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To reply to you on email, phone or WhatsApp, including styling and sizing help through Ask Amrita.
• To keep our records and improve our pieces, website and service.
• To send you news of new pieces, private previews and exhibition dates, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the partners who help us serve you, such as our courier companies, payment providers and our website platform (Shopify), and only as much as they need. We may also share it if the law requires us to.

SECURITY

We take suitable physical, electronic and managerial measures to keep your information safe and to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.
