• Delayed or damaged parcel? Write to amrita@shopakm.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
• Returns: within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• Refunds: issued once we’ve received and checked the piece, to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Cancellations: you can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before dispatch. After that, it can be returned once delivered.

How do I place an order?
Choose your size, add the piece to your bag and check out. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details straight away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders within India.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Within India, orders usually arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

My parcel is delayed or damaged. What should I do?

Once we've received and checked the piece, we refund your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What sizes do you offer?
Our pieces come in XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL.
I'm not sure of my size. Can you help?

Can I buy a piece from a set on its own?
Many pieces are also sold individually; you'll find them under Tops, Bottoms and Outerwear. If you can't find the piece you want on its own, message us on WhatsApp.

Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made and hand-embellished in our own atelier in New Delhi. Small variations in beadwork, sequins and finish are part of each piece, not a flaw.
Why might the colour look different in person?
We photograph every piece carefully, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
How do I care for my piece?
We recommend dry cleaning only, to protect the fabric and the hand embellishment.
